CORPORATE RELATIONS
The corporate relations portfolio provides members with an avenue to develop their negotiation skills, networking ability and business understanding. The exposure to the corporate environment acts as an invaluable experience for members seeking professional development.
Portfolio tasks involve approaching businesses with the offer to hire an overseas intern.
Members will learn to research market segments, approach businesses in a formal manner and negotiate deals with corporates as business development. Training and support will be provided to all members prior and during their term as business development officers. Responsibilities also involve managing relationships with partners, designating appropriate candidates through vigorous interviews and carrying out intern servicing to ensure satisfaction and a life-changing cultural experience for these overseas interns.
Students within the corporate relations portfolio will fast track their development in professional communication and self-confidence through the rare practical learning environment which AIESEC offers.
Requirements include a strong interest for personal development and learning, high level of resilience, a flexible weekday schedule and a time commitment of 10 hours.

We want to enrich people’s lives through international experiences allowing them to make an impact on the world. This is achieved by sending exchange participants on our Go Global Programs. Exchange participants not only make a direct social impact, but they also develop as leaders of tomorrow.
