We are unique because our members (staff) are simultaneously our customers (as we are promising leadership development). I can personally attest to this. This is my third year of AIESEC, and least I can say is that I have learned a lot by doing. I have learned about business frameworks, world issues, managing sustainable growth, the importance of innovation, the importance of adaptability to sustain market relevance , capitalising on my strengths and drawing out the best in others. But at the end of the day, my biggest learning would be about people - and this ties directly with leadership.
