In the past 10 years alone, AIESEC has assisted over 200 Australian organisations grow, expand internationally and deliver projects by providing 400 top recent graduates and undergraduates from 113 countries to fill 8 week to 12 month contract work placements.

 

These placements have ranged from helping Wesley Mission fill a short term position by providing a high quality human resource officer, to simplifying the risk reporting process in GE Australia by sourcing a skilled financial specialist.

Driven Graduates with special skills

 

Our participants have passed a complete set of selection process where their competencies, abilities, skills and ambitions have been put to the test. We source talent with specialized language or technical skills that are not widely available in the domestic market.

 

Ongoing Logistical Services

 

Throughout intern’s stay in Australia, AIESEC will provide continuous logistical support so that they could perform at the highest level possible without worrying about logistics. Our agreement with Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) allows us to provide 416 VISA options for participating interns.

 

Cost Efficient

 

Our services are highly competitive compared with other talent sourcing programs. The services of promotion and logistics where usually the company would invest, is provided by AIESEC Australia.

 

Reception Services

 

To ensure that a intern’s arrival goes smoothly, AIESEC Australia provides reception services, which includes airport pick-up and orientation to the local area, as well as support in helping the intern to settle in.
